Grass-fed hanger steak. This is premium beef raised by farmers including the O'Connor Family in Gippsland, Victoria. Also known as the Butcher's Cut, a hanger steak is a seriously flavoursome and tender cut of beef. We recommend grilling this to a medium-rare cuisson.
