Made with pork shoulder and fresh herbs. Delicious spread on crusty bread and topped with zuni pickles. 

Meatsmith made in Fitzroy with pork, duck fat, garlic, rosemary, bay, fennel seed, pepper, cloves, allspice, & juniper berries. 

Each jar contains 120g of pork rillette. 

This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of one week, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
