Our housemade lasagne - a Meatsmith weeknight favourite. Made with our own bolognese sauce, ricotta, pasta and parmesan.
Ingredients: Bolognese sauce (O'Connor beef mince, Glen Eyrie pork mince, tomato, onion, carrot, celery, white wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, & Worcestershire sauce (garlic, anchovies, coriander seed, salt, & star anise), milk, ricotta cheese, pasta (wheat flour, egg) & parmesan cheese.
Cooking instructions: to serve, remove from wrapping then heat in a 180C oven for 30 minutes until bubbling hot.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, this will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3-5 days, refer to package for further information. Our lasagnes weigh approx. 1kg, serving 2 generously, 3-4 comfortably.
