Melt in your mouth beef cheek cooked in black bean sauce with shaoxing wine, capsicum, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
This will be vacuum sealed, eat within 4 weeks, check label for use before date. Approx 800gm.
Ingredients: Beef cheek, chicken stock, onion, shao Xing wine, capsicum, soy sauce, ginger, garlic. Black bean sauce (oyster sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, sesame, spring onion)
