Ham & Cheese Pithivier

Pithivier - one of the most difficult to pronounce, yet delicious pastries we adore making. Our Pithivier features our own rare breed smoked ham and a cheddar cheese sauce. Once baked, the pastry becomes crisp and golden and the filling melted. It really is the perfect thing to bake after a long day at work or to use as a starter course for dinner with friends. 

Made with Meatsmith smoked ham, cheddar cheese, milk, flour, salt, pepper and puff pastry (contains gluten).
This is a fresh product, best cooked & consumed within 2-3 days.
Each pie weighs approx. 240g - enough for one person as a main or two people as an entree.
Bake in a hot 180C fan-forced oven on a pre-heated tray for 30 minutes until golden and puffed.
