Braised pasture-raised oyster blade takes centre stage in our new Massaman curry.  Aaron's team have taken inspiration from the Thai peninsula to create this melt-in-your-mouth fragrant curry. Packed with lemongrass, ginger, garlic, coconut and a house blend of roasted spices, enjoy this with steamed rice and flaky roti.


Oyster blade beef, coconut cream, tamarind, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, red chilli, shallot, salt, galangal, shrimp paste, coriander seed, cumin, makrut lime leaf, cardamon, cinnamon, nutmeg, peanuts, coconut, clove, palm sugar, fish sauce, coriander leaf and root.
This will be vacuum sealed, eat within 3-5 days, refer to packaging for use by date information.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, each packet contains 600g of Beef Massaman - enough for two people.
Heat the beef Massaman in a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid over a low heat until piping hot (approx. 15-20 minutes). Alternatively, remove from plastic and heat in a 180C oven for 25mins, or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 65C.
