Salami Finocchiona

Garlic and fennel infused salami produced by Puopulo in Laverton North. The name is taken from the Italian word 'finocchio' meaning fennel. Made with free-range Victorian pork, fennel seeds and white wine.


Best consumed within 3-4 days.
Slices should be no thicker than 1.3mm. Sliced fresh, 100g.
