Morris have been producing fortified wines in Victoria's north since the 1850s. After having built their whisky distillery in 2016, they are now using their unrivaled access to Muscat barrels to finish exceptional spirits. What results is a whisky that has a creamy mouthfeel packed full of rich dark fruits and sweet malt notes. The whisky's vanilla, cocoa and cinnamon palate make this a delicious match for after dinner.
