The is a classic Japanese-style Tonkatsu sauce but done the Meatsmith way. It's a sweet and sour sauce with a hit of umami depth. Make your own pork Tonkatsu (a crumbed, fried piece of pork scotch fillet) and lather it with this sauce.
Meatsmith made in Fitzroy, our Bulldog sauce is made with carrot, tomatoes, Worcestershire Sauce (molasses, barley vinegar, sugar, salt, anchovies, onion, tamarind & garlic), rice wine vinegar, mirin, celery and brown sugar.
Each jar contains 180g of Meatsmith Bulldog sauce.
This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of two weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
