
Pacdon Park Pork Pie
Traditionally eaten cold, just add mustard or beer! Made by Pacdon Park in Bunaloo, NSW, using traditional British Recipes and free-range local pork, boned out in-house, and also make our own lard which gives them their delicious hot water crust pastry.
All made from free-range pigs sourced from several small farms in the local area, with local ingredients, time and tested methods with nothing unnecessary.
Made by Pacdon Park with pork, wheat flour, pork lard, pork gelatine, breadcrumbs, salt, white pepper, cayenne pepper & nutmeg.
Each pork pie will weigh approx. 200g.
