Pacdon Park Black Pudding
An ancient food, first described in Homer's Odessey in about 800BC, made in the traditional way by Pacdon Park in Bunaloo, NSW. This is super delicious sliced and pan-fried until the edges are crispy to have with eggs and toast for breakfast.
All made from free-range pigs sourced from several small farms in the local area, with local ingredients, time and tested methods with nothing unnecessary.
Made by Pacdon Park with fresh pig's blood, rolled oats, milk powder, suet, bacon, onions, salt & spices. Contains gluten & dairy.
Each black pudding will weigh approx. 200g.
