2016 Poonawatta Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a classic example of South Australian Cabernet, and a new addition to our collection. Made by Andrew Holt at Poonawatta (which has the oldest vines in the Eden Valley), it's a rich wine with plenty of black fruit character and texture that Cabernet Sauvignon is so known for. A wonderful choice for roast lamb.
