Domenic Torzi and Tracy Matthews practice responsible farming at their winery based near Angaston in South Australia’s Barossa Valley. Handpicked Glera grapes grown on Torzi-Matthews’ limestone and quartz soils are whole bunch pressed to produce this lively fizz. With notes of white nectarine, apple and white flowers, and a clean, dry finish, it’s a great addition to any aperitivo hour.
