Mitolo’s Angela Shiraz is a bold and fruit-forward expression of Shiraz with notes of black plum and blackcurrant as well as subtle aniseed spice. Grown in the alluvial soils in the south of McLaren Vale, it’s a classic full-bodied representation of South Australia’s most famous variety. Decant this wine before serving then enjoy it alongside a rich lasagne or one of our dry-aged rib-eye steaks.
